Audio Monitoring & Logging

The NetSpire™ product suite supports listening microphones which can be used for word spotting and voice recognition features. Recorded audio is analysed either locally at the Gateway unit or centrally in the Communications Exchange. Gateway units and other NetSpire™ products such as Help Points, also use automatic gain control microphones to provide environmental noise data that can be used to adjust the volume audio output as appropriate.

Additionally, all LLPA announcements and Intercom ⁄ Emergency Phone conversations can be recorded and archived by the Communications Exchange. The Exchange then automatically forwards recordings to a Voice Archiving Server for long term storage.
